Position: Multi-Skilled Engineer (DAYS)

Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 + Overtime

Location: Andover

Shifts: 4O4O (DAYS - 06:00 - 18:00)

Are you a talented engineer with a passion for food manufacturing and a can-do attitude? We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Andover.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Engineering Manager, playing a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production machinery. You'll work across planned maintenance and respond to reactive breakdowns, helping to maintain full production capacity in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of equipment
  • Document all work completed, including faults, repairs, and parts used
  • Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are met
  • Identify and report issues that require escalation or further investigation
  • Apply practical problem-solving to keep equipment running, even when parts may need adapting due to short lead times or tight production schedules
