Job summary

A reputable recruitment firm is seeking a Joiner for a temporary to permanent role in Retford and nearby areas. The successful candidate will undertake various Joinery duties within residential properties, respond to tenant queries and emergencies, and complete multi-skilled tasks including basic plumbing. A qualification in Carpentry/Joinery and a full driving license are required.

Overview

Joiner — Temporary / Temporary to Permanent • North Nottinghamshire - Retford, Newark and surrounding areas • £18-20 Hourly + Van included

Responsibilities

• Undertaking a wide range of minor Joinery duties within residential properties
• Dealing with tenants and customer queries
• Responding to emergencies
• Travelling across the Nottinghamshire and nearby areas
• Delivering multi skilled tasks where applicable such as Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing
• Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works, with a focus on fencing works during the Summer

Qualifications

• A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery ie NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent work experience
• Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
• Full driving licence (Van and PPE provided)
