Job summary

A building services company in London is looking for a Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) for immediate start. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate should have relevant City & Guilds qualifications and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position offers £26 per hour with full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Overview

Multi-Skilled Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) – FM Service Provider - London - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Westminster. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Foot Mobile
• £26 per hour depending on experience
• Temp on going

Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels
• Changing ballast
• BMS system – monitor (e.g., hot & cold)
• Maintain and update log books
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically or mechanically qualified City & Guilds – Level 2 & 3
• City & Guilds – 18th Edition
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multiskilled
• Good communication skills
• Client facing
