Description

Meet the Mortgage Sales Team

We’re a vibrant, fast-paced team of around 75 colleagues across 6 teams, split into two key areas: Remortgage and Purchase. This setup lets us tailor the mortgage journey to each customer’s needs—no one-size-fits-all approach.

We move quickly, collaborate closely, and back each other. Whether someone’s staying put or making a big move, we’re here to make mortgages feel easier.

How we work?

We keep things flexible but structured to support our customers. Our team works across a mix of shifts:

  • 9am–5pm
  • 9am–6pm
  • 11am–8pm (x2 per week)

Fridays – Our teams usually work a shorter day, with our Core team doing 10–4 and the Purchase team 10:30–17:30. This is set based on appointment volumes to optimise demand times.

We also work 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10am–4pm (with time back in lieu). Our Purchase team does an extra late shift instead of a Saturday 1 in 4 weeks.

We aim to be fair, balanced, and work smarter—not longer. We hire great advisors and then determine the best team fit once you are on the phones and we can see your strengths. Please consider this when reviewing the shifts.

What will you be doing?
  • Contact pre-qualified online fact-find leads generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our mortgage score system.
  • Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options, using Mojo\'s in-house software. Assess applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
  • Proactively keep customers informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently.
  • Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPs and applications, including requesting and checking documents.
  • Support the Mojo product team\'s ongoing innovation of mortgage advice technology by testing new ideas and processes.
What do we need from you?
  • CeMAP and at least 2 years of whole-of-market experience
  • Recent experience with Residential purchase; preferably BTL mortgage advising (FTB, portfolio landlords, second homes)
  • Strong organization to manage multiple cases in a busy and changing environment
  • Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience
  • Performance-driven with accountability for targets and access to your performance data
