Are you an experienced mortgage administrator who loves everything mortgages?

Join our client, a high-end, boutique financial services brokerage in London that works on complex, high-value cases and serves discerning clients.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision, client care, and specialist knowledge are prized. You’ll be part of a team helping clients whose financial lives are sophisticated and often cross-jurisdictional.

Responsibilities
  • Key mortgage applications and manage them through the full lifecycle, from submission to lender offer.
  • Liaise proactively with lenders, solicitors, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive momentum.
  • Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and compliance records to exacting standards.
  • Undertake product research and support consultants in preparation for client meetings.
Experience required
  • At least three years’ experience in mortgage administration, ideally in specialist or complex cases.
  • A career administrator who does not desire to move into advice.
  • Confident in keying applications, structuring files, and handling issues quickly and decisively.
  • Excellent communication skills — polished over the phone, in writing, and with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong client service mindset and can operate with high discretion.
  • Team player who also uses initiative when things get busy.
  • CeMAP qualification is a plus, but not essential.

Up to £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + bonus & benefits
