We’re looking for an experienced Care Assistant to cover early shifts within a residential service where each resident has their own apartment. Care is delivered on-site by a dedicated team, with scheduled calls managed on a rota to meet individual needs — offering the feel of community care without the travel. The residents are semi-independent, but the role includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic duties, and occasional shopping trips in the local area.
