Overview

Model Booker - Maternity Cover FTC (June 2026)

Edgbaston (Office-based) | Fixed Term Contract | 30 hours per week | £13 per hour (£27k pro rata)

Responsibilities

• Coordinating model bookings from start to finish
• Submitting model confirmations, shortlists and lightboxes to clients
• Onboarding and supporting new talent
• Making sales calls to existing and new clients
• Managing client and talent communication, including occasional evening and weekend check-ins via mobile

About you

• Previous experience running a busy temp desk, or in a similar bookings/agency role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach with confidence in building client relationships
• Passion for fashion, beauty and talent management
• Comfortable working office-based with no remote working

The details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm or 10am-5pm (with one-hour lunch) - 30 hours per week
• Pay: £13 per hour (£27k pro rata)
• Contract: Fixed term until June 2026 (Maternity Cover)
• Location: Office in Edgbaston (no remote working)
• Equipment: Mobile and laptop provided
• Start date: Immediate
