Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fabric technician, caretaker, handyman, or general maintenance role.
• Full UK driving licence required for mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building fabric maintenance across a small portfolio of local sites.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks (leaks, tap replacements, unblocking sinks, etc.).
• Execute carpentry and joinery work (doors, locks, hinges, ironmongery).
• Conduct painting and decorating tasks.
• Handle minor handyman repairs and reactive works.
• Support specialist trades when required.
• Maintain tools and ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
