Job description

Oakfield Primary Academy is looking to appoint a hardworking, flexible member of staff to join their team as a Midday Meals Supervisor Lead. The posts will be for 10 hours per week, working from 11.15am to 1.15pm each day, Monday to Friday. The salary is based on Kent pay scale KSB £25,126 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £5,767.73 for 38 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will Lead the Midday Meals Supervisors team and supervise the pupils during the mealtime period to minimise any disruption, ensure their wellbeing and maintain their safety. This will involve time both on the playground and in the canteen supervising the children. Although previous experience would be preferable it is not considered essential; full training and induction will be given. The ability to communicate effectively with children and to ensure their well-being and maintain their safety is essential.
