A national public health agency in Cardiff is seeking a candidate for a comprehensive secretarial position. Responsibilities include providing support to medical staff, managing communication, and facilitating clinics. The ideal applicant will have excellent writing, oral communication, and typing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Welsh language proficiency is a plus, but all applicants are welcome.
To provide a first class, comprehensive secretarial service to a large team of local Consultant Medical Staff and to facilitate effective communication between medical teams at the South East Wales centre.
To actively participate in the planning and implementation of all reading and assessment clinics held at the South East Wales Breast Screening Centre in Cardiff. Providing non clinical advice and information over the telephone, in Welsh or English, to service user, their families or carers.
