A healthcare provider in Nottingham is seeking a part-time receptionist to provide high-level administrative services to patients and staff. Essential hours are Monday and Friday (08:00-18:30). Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and experience in healthcare settings. Benefits include paid annual leave and NHS pension access.
The Ivy Medical Group is looking for a part time receptionist(s) to join the team to provide a high level of Reception and administrative services to patients, doctors, nurses and other members of the practice team, ensuring all processes are carried out to practice standard and policy. Our practice is a friendly, interesting and rewarding place to work giving a high level of care to our patients.
Hours to be flexible for the right candidate, however please note that Monday + Friday are essential (08:00-18:30) and we would advise you only to apply for the role if you are able to cover these hours. (Other days to be discussed)

To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
