Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager

My client is a privately owned Mechanical Contractor based in Surrey with 26 years’ operation. They employ about 35 staff and specialise in Fast Track Commercial Office Fit out projects in London with project values ranging from £500k to £11.5 million.

Role and Location

JOB SUMMARY – Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. You will be site based in London (sites across Central London) working on Commercial Office Fit Outs focusing on installation and related mechanical plant (AC, ventilation).

Project values generally fall between £2m – £5m (range £500k – £11.5m).

Experience & Qualifications

Experience required: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services & Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including the items listed under Responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits

£70,000 – £75,000
