Overview

DCT Recruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical/Duct Fitter Supervisor to join an exciting project based at Shotton Mill, Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking for steady night work with competitive pay.

Position Details

• Location: Shotton Mill, Deeside
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 19:00 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts including 1-hour unpaid break)
• Saturday Shifts: Optional 8 hours, paid at a higher rate
• Salary: £40 per hour (CIS) for weekdays; £45 per hour (CIS) for Saturdays (8 hours)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Accommodation: Not provided

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

• Proven experience as a Mechanical or Duct Fitter Supervisor, ideally within industrial or construction environments
• Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certificate
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively during night shifts
• Ability to read drawings and ensure quality and safety compliance on site
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent results
