Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Healthcare Portfolio - Cambridge- Immediate start - Ongoing minimum 8 Weeks - £25 Per Hour

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a healthcare site in the Cambridge area. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours

Monday - Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm

Pay: £25 per hour depending on experience

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• HVAC Systems
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
