Marketing Manager: Customer Advocacy & Campaigns — North America. MaintainX is the leading maintenance and asset management platform. We are looking for a Marketing Manager focused on Customer Advocacy & Campaigns to amplify the voices of our customers across multiple channels and drive our webinar program. You will oversee our customer review presence, manage and grow our webinar program, and execute campaigns that drive engagement, advocacy, and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including customer success, sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, PR, and design—to deliver campaigns such as case studies, newsletters, and webinars. The ideal candidate is creative and highly organized, with a passion for building programs that highlight customer stories and ensure flawless execution across multiple marketing initiatives.
