Marketing Executive

Location: Waterlooville (Hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (DOE) + Bonus

We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Working closely with our Directors, you’ll take ownership of our marketing function, from managing our online presence to building data-led campaigns that support brand growth and client engagement.

This is a varied, hands-on role with real autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) — content creation, scheduling & engagement
  • Overseeing website content and SEO, making regular updates and driving organic traffic
  • Building brand awareness across our sectors through campaigns, partnerships and outreach
  • Designing and distributing client surveys to gain actionable insights for future services
  • Researching and sourcing market data (E-Mails, mobiles, etc.) and helping build out compliant lead lists
  • Supporting with email marketing, CRM activity and internal projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years in a marketing role (ideally in B2B, agency, or recruitment)
  • Confident using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • SEO knowledge and basic website editing experience (WordPress or similar)
  • Proactive, analytical and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
  • Comfortable with data gathering, lead sourcing and email campaigns
