The Role

We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist / Toolmaker to join our small, skilled team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a traditional engineering environment, producing bespoke tooling and components to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating manual milling machines, manual lathes, and surface grinders
  • Working from engineering drawings to produce precision parts and tools
  • Occasional use of Hurco CNC milling machines (experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Ensuring accuracy, quality, and safe working practices
  • Assisting with general workshop duties as needed
