A leading UK banking institution is seeking a regulatory subject-matter expert to join its Corporate & Institutional Banking team. The role involves supporting management with regulatory inquiries, guiding colleagues, and maintaining regulatory controls. Our Regulatory Controls team in the Chief Controls Office (CCO) in Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) investigates regulatory developments, assesses their impacts on CIB’s control environment and identifies control solutions to ensure continued adherence with regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a regulatory subject‑matter expert who will ensure CIB remains aware of regulatory requirements, facilitate the effective and efficient operation of controls relied on by regulations, and be involved in projects with regulatory considerations as CIB implements the Group’s strategy to grow, focus and change at pace.
A driven, independent individual with a passion for understanding regulatory texts and their applicability to CIB.
