The Role

Are you a confident retail leader with a passion for footwear, fashion, and customer experience? Nokwol, a premium footwear brand with a curated selection of third-party labels, is looking for a talented Manager or Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our flagship store on King’s Road, Chelsea.

Whether stepping into a full Store Manager position or supporting as Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team—driving performance, inspiring the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily store operations, including team management, stock control, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and coaching
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation across Nokwol and third-party products
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and care
