A Gloucester County residential community is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general exterior maintenance and repairs, including fixing pipe leaks, replacing sprinkler heads, clearing gutters and dryer vents.
  • Maintain common areas and keep grounds clean and orderly.
  • Clear storm drains and change waste station bags regularly.
  • Conduct light painting and minor carpentry work.
  • Clean community bathrooms and ensure exterior light fixtures are working and replaced as needed.
  • Operate power washing equipment to clean surfaces as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weight, operate tools/equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to safely climb and work on ladders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
