Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Telford

Salary: £55,375

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 3-shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6)

Your role will involve hands-on work on machines like die casting machines, furnaces, hydraulic presses, conveyors, injection moulding machines, assembly cells, ABB robots, Siemens PLCs, and CNCs, along with supervising a small team during shifts.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably with team lead or supervisory experience
  • Currently in a supervisor or team leader role preferred
  • Level 3 qualification in a multi-skilled discipline (mechanical or electrical)
  • Electrical skills: 3-phase motors, contactors, sensors, relays
  • Experience with robots, die-casting, CNC machines, or automotive sectors is advantageous
  • Experience in manufacturing environments such as FMCG, Food, Plastics, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Foundry, Automotive, Metals, RAF, or Forces is welcome
