Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical

Based in the Scottish Borders, commutable from Eyemouth, Berwick upon Tweed, Coldstream, Galashiels

£55,000 - £65,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support and/or Sponsorship Available

In this role you will use both your technical knowledge and your ability to lead a team of engineers. You will play a key part in keeping operations reliable and efficient, while also contributing to the long-term success of the site. This well-established international manufacturer continues to invest in modern technology and is recognised worldwide for its innovative, high-quality and sustainable products.

The Role

• Leading and supporting a team of engineers
• Overseeing the smooth running of the maintenance department
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
• Manage daily maintenance activities, lead team meetings, allocate jobs and provide hands-on support when required
• Focus on maintaining high standards of performance, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment

• Background in manufacturing
