Assistant/Maintenance Gardener
South West London
£DOE | Full-time | Permanent

Want to work for a well-established, high-end garden maintenance business with over 15 years of success maintaining prestigious communal gardens across South West London?

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining large, beautiful gardens to high horticultural standards.
  • Working on-site daily, either independently or paired with another team member.
  • Using a range of garden machinery (battery and petrol-powered) for mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the team with horticultural tasks and contributing to the overall quality and presentation of each site.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid horticultural and plant knowledge - ideally with some formal training or qualifications.
  • Experience using garden maintenance tools and machinery.
  • A proactive, reliable, and hard-working attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • A driving licence is preferable but not essential.
