This involves close collaboration with both the Production and Quality teams to identify ways to increase efficiency, minimise downtime, and improve product quality through joint problem-solving and process optimisation. Adaptability is essential, with the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable working independently when required, but also thrive as part of a small, collaborative team.
