Overview

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the facilitation and organisation of any engineering work that needs to be carried out across the hotel. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Alongside the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor, assist with the day to day distribution of work to the engineering team.
  • Implement a comprehensive PPM for rooms and all areas in the hotel ensuring that full and proper records are kept and are continually updated.
  • Ensure the hotel, guests and colleagues are kept safe and all public areas are maintained.
  • Work closely with the Security department to help oversee Health and Safety.
  • Help to implement and ensure consistent use of all maintenance related systems.
  • Ensure all ongoing repairs are recorded and the relevant departments are made aware of when these issues are expected to be resolved.
  • Ensure any contracted staff who are working on the premises are signed in and are aware of what is expected.
  • Manage the ordering of any equipment or fixtures and fittings that are needed and to keep an accurate inventory of all goods.
  • Support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
  • Be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
Experience
  • Willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events.
  • Good knowledge of Building Management Systems and MEP Systems.
