M&E Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – London Liverpool Street – Up to £50,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Liverpool Street has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high-end commercial office located just moments from Liverpool Street Station. The successful candidate will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the existing on‑site maintenance team.

The building offers a contemporary, high-spec working environment within a prominent new landmark. Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, it features exceptional amenities and modern spaces that set a new standard for today’s workplace.

The ideal applicant will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in electrical and general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime opportunities, further training and a clear route for career progression.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System – Monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
  • General fabric works

Requirements
  • Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
  • 18th Edition (Desirable)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
