A community interest company is seeking a clinician to join their Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema team in Orpington. The role involves complex patient assessments, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and supporting clinical audits. Ideal candidates will have relevant NHS experience and strong teamwork skills. The post holder will join a small team of motivated, innovative clinicians. They will work within the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient focused service for patients presenting with Lymphoedema/chronic oedema/leg ulceration and/or Tissue Viability issues.
This will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management out in the community and in clinics.
The post holder will support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use data to manage caseloads and monitor KPIs and clinical outcomes. The post holder will support with relevant clinical audit, teaching and will be actively involved in service development.
