Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety by monitoring entrances, exits, and public areas for unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel grounds and guest floors to maintain a secure environment.
• Manage access control by verifying the identities of visitors and contractors entering the hotel.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with management and services.
• Assist with lost and found procedures, ensuring secure handling and storage of belongings.
• Handle guest inquiries related to security, providing reassurance and assistance.

Skills

Hotel security officer experience

SIA licensed

Certified Security training

Police/Military background

Excellent level of English read, write and spoken

Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs

Knowledge of fire-fighting equipment and CCTV equipment

First aid and CPR training

Interpersonal skills
