The successful candidate will work as part of our lunchtime team to support pupils across the school, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and enjoyment during the lunch period. Duties include:

  • Supervising pupils in the dining hall, supporting healthy routines and social skills. Supervising play in the playground and indoor areas, encouraging positive behaviour and inclusive play.
  • Promoting our school values and behaviour expectations.
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Ensuring the lunchtime environment is calm, safe and well-organised.
  • Following safeguarding, behaviour and health & safety procedures at all times.
About you:
  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience of working with children and working as part of a team.
  • Communicates positively and builds appropriate relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Contributes to a safe, supportive and enjoyable play environment. Is patient, approachable, enthusiastic and resourceful.
