What will you be doing?
Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)
  • Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection.
  • Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents.
  • Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch.
  • Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers.
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders.
  • Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away.
System work (40%)
  • Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical.

Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%).

What you will need to be successful?
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach.
  • Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role).
  • Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care.
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP ideal but not essential.
