This position is working with Adults with a wide range of disabilities and / or individuals who are nearing the end of their life.

Job Summary

The main responsibilities of the job are to support the individual's living within their homes to lead fulfilled lives. Main duties and responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of personal care

The candidate must have the following

• At least 6 months care experience
• Ideally have a Driving Licence and access to their own Vehicle
• An up-to-Date DBS
• Willing to Travel
