Role Summary

We're seeking organised, research-focused Lifestyle Co-ordinators who excel at task execution and problem solving. Working with our AI platform, you will deliver the high-quality research and recommendations that power BlckBx.

You'll find solutions fast to hundreds of everyday lifestyle requests working across a range of categories from homecare, healthcare, childcare, eldercare and much more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver research-heavy client tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide clear, structured outputs (e.g., options grids, detailed recommendations).
  • Work across multiple client accounts
  • Use AI tools and digital platforms to enhance delivery speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and the information accurate and well presented to share with clients.

  • You are good communicating on text and messaging channels, can write quickly and concisely
  • You can talk to suppliers and get them on side to get third party jobs done
  • You like building relationships with team members and build trusted relationships
  • You like working in a support and service role
  • You have perfect English writing skills
