The role

• Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
• Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
• Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other members of the team

The ideal candidates

• (Role 1 )conveyancer 1-2year experience handling your own caseload
• ( Role 2) Conveyancer 2-4year or more experience running own caseload - must have excellent communicational skills and attention to detail
