Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Role Summary

This role is designed for an experienced clinical social worker who wants a balance of client care and leadership. You will deliver virtual therapy, guide associate clinicians, and ensure treatment plans meet clinical and regulatory standards. The focus is on thoughtful assessment, consistency, and measurable client progress.

Responsibilities
