Responsibilities

  • Typing and preparing correspondence, documents, and forms.
  • Opening, updating and closing matter files and recording client data.
  • Preparing bills and financial documentation.
  • Maintaining good organisational structure of files using an electronic case management system.
  • Lunch cover for Birmingham office Reception.
