Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging, innovative and dynamic Lecturer to teach across our Further Education Sport provision at Loughborough College. You will teach and assess our learners across a range of units and when required cover lessons too. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all learners are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability.

  • Provide cover lessons when required.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to support learner progression and achievement of target grades.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience or background in the sports industry is essential.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; ability to work effectively in a large cross-curricular team.
  • Excellent planning and administration skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential.
