Overview

The Skills Academy is focused on providing fairer futures for Students needing to build their skills for progression. We are seeking passionate individuals that can develop the employability and wider skills of Students needing to undertake a Study Programme at Level 1. Applicants should be keen to support students to raise their aspirations and support their development enabling them to access further study.

All Skills Academy students study core skills that cover English, Maths, Digital and Employability Skills. Students may also study a specialist vocational pathway in one of our vocational specialisms or study up to 3 blocks in different vocational specialisms to offer a bespoke Study Programme for those needing support to decide upon their future career.
