Qualifications

• Hold an IRPM qualification, ideally MIRPM or above.
• Have experience in end-to-end EST setting and ACT reconciliation.
• Strong lease interpretation experience with tribunal exposure.
• Experience in leading and supporting teams.
• Advanced Excel/Power Query skills, confident with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Leasehold & Home Ownership service.
• Own end-to-end service delivery for Leasehold & Home Ownership.
• Ensure strong financial governance and regulatory compliance.
• Act as Product Owner for leasehold and service-charge modules.
• Manage and lead the Right To Buy administration.

IRPM qualification (MIRPM or above)

Evidence of ongoing CPD

End-to-end EST setting and ACT reconciliation

Variance analysis and cost challenge

Lease interpretation experience

Leading and supporting teams

Strong communication skills

Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act/CLRA/S20
