A leading specialty risk underwriting organization in Greater London is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator. This role involves organizing and promoting training initiatives, supporting career path planning, and managing onboarding processes. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in training and development. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover, focusing on enhancing employee development and aligning strategies with organizational goals.

Support the Learning and Development function in London and Bermuda by organising, promoting, and enhancing training initiatives. Help develop career plans and align learning strategies with Ascot’s values and strategic objectives, working closely with business leaders and HR. This role is a 12-month FTC for maternity cover.
