  • Collaborate with HR and Managers to manage training records.
  • Maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Produce management reports and dashboards.
  • Provide technical support for LMS access.

Compensation: £30,000 - £30,900 / year

Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with various stakeholders, including HR, Managers and business units to collate and validate historical training records, including attendance registers and certificates
  • Maintain company training records, ensuring all training data is accurately uploaded to the LMS to ensure business compliance.
  • Management of the Learning and Development Share point folders where training certificates are stored
  • Issue competency records upon request
  • Production of management reports and Dashboards when required
  • Attend Management meetings with HR Professionals and managers for business updates
  • Provide technical support to employees when accessing individual dashboards within the LMS
  • Keep up to date with Learning Management System functions to ensure the business is getting the most from emerging functions and capabilities
  • Provide basic administration support to the wider HR Team when required
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of LMS content and Dashboards and ensure data integrity within the system
  • Work with the HR Operations Manager and stakeholders to identify and address gaps in training records or compliance requirements
