Our client is a well-established organisation seeking to strengthen its People function during an exciting period of change and growth. This newly created role reflects the business’s commitment to attracting great people, developing capability, and ensuring robust, audit‑ready people processes. A continuous improvement mindset is essential, along with the ability to modernise processes, improve systems, and bring fresh thinking to established ways of working.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a broad and impactful role within a supportive People team, where you can genuinely influence how the organisation attracts, develops, and prepares its people for the future. If you are motivated by delivery, enjoy building better ways of working, and want to make a tangible difference, we would love to hear from you.
