Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission and what we offer .

Job Description
THE ROLE

We're looking for a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join Send Squad focusing on Send customers growth. This team's mission is to make sending money internationally faster, cheaper, and more intuitive for millions of our customers.

As the Send Growth Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our understanding of how customers interact with our core. Your daily job will be to dive deep into the user journey—from setting up a payment to the moment it's complete—to identify points of friction and opportunities for growth. You'll partner with a cross-functional team (Product, Engineering, Design, etc.) to develop new features and experiments that improve conversion, increase transaction frequency, and ultimately deliver more value to our users and to Wise. Your insights will directly influence product strategy.

What you'll be doing:
  • Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and directly shape the roadmap.
  • Analyse the end-to-end payment funnel to identify, quantify, and prioritise opportunities that will have the highest impact on our growth KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, payment success, repeat usage).
  • Partner with your Product Manager, Engineers, and Designers throughout the product development lifecycle, using data to inform everything from initial discovery to post-launch iteration and A/B testing.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards that empower the team with self-serve analytics and clear performance tracking.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Analytical thinking: you love tackling puzzling questions and structuring ambiguous areas to actionable outputs.
  • Influence & Ownership: You are keen to own the domain and drive product changes. You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced SQL: you feel comfortable with diverse data, have experience building pipelines and validating outputs.
  • Hands‑on experience: you've designed and analysed A/B tests in past or ran opportunity discovery research on historical data.

Please note that as a product analyst, you will be solving problems for our customers. Hence, no prior fintech knowledge or work experience in fintech is required for this role. Just enough curiosity to learn and strong customer empathy!

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
  • It's a plus, if you have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks.
  • Prior knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT.
  • Experience working with event data & tools (Mixpanel/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc).
