• A recognised pharmacy technician qualification and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council is essential.
• Educational supervisor accreditation or A1 Assessor or equivalent is required.
• Management qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement education and training frameworks for technical staff.
• Provide training and support to pharmacy technicians and assistants.
