• Excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant Legislation.
• Experience managing processes around EHCNAs, Annual Reviews, and Phase Transfers.
• Skilled in multi-agency working and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the EHCNA process, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Manage a team of 2 Senior Officers and lead the Assessment Team.
• Drive improvements in SEND services and promote inclusion.
