A healthcare organization in Lochaber is seeking a Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker to supervise and support their care teams. The ideal candidate will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and be willing to work towards the SVQ 4 supervisory Award. This role involves ensuring our workforce is representative and well-supported. Benefits include secure pay, a pension, and a unique 4 days on, 4 days off working rotation.

The Care at Home team are recruiting for a Lead Health and Social Care Support Worker to provide supervision, support and advice to our care teams throughout Lochaber.
You will require an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and a willingness and ability to achieve 2 modules of SVQ 4 supervisory Award with support, within an agreed time scale.
