We’re searching for a Richmond, United Kingdom-based Lead – Research & Insights to join our AI and Analytics team, so that we can transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders. The Lead – Research & Insights will design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions, serving as the go-to expert for data visualization best practices, to directly influence long‑term organisational strategy and advance our vision of safer, better healthcare.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Lightdash, and Redash to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with business stakeholders in order to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective visualization solutions.
  • Build and optimise data models using strong SQL proficiency to support robust and scalable reporting functionality.
  • Transform analytical and research findings into compelling executive narratives in order to engage and inform diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure consistency and high impact in all reporting solutions.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or visualization‑focused roles.
  • Proven success in leading dashboarding/visualization projects from design to delivery.
  • In‑depth knowledge on how to build production dashboards using Power BI, Lightdash, Omni Analytics, Hex Software, or Redash.
  • Ability to commute to Richmond, United Kingdom.
  • Sincere interest in data storytelling—turning raw data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a cross‑functional environment with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts.
