  • Set up, expose, and process film or digital radiographs.
  • Interpret images, assess results and document findings.
  • Prepare, verify and improve radiographic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate traceability, calibration and inspection records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal radiation safety procedures.
  • Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement activities.

We are seeking an experienced Radiographic Testing Level 2 Technician on behalf of a leading inspection company. You will join an accredited team performing high-integrity radiography on critical aerospace and casting components. Applicants must hold a current RT Level 2 qualification.

  • Perform radiographic inspections in line with customer specifications
  • Set up, expose, and process film or digital radiographs
  • Interpret images, assess results and document findings to required standards
  • Prepare, verify and improve radiographic techniques and procedures
  • Maintain accurate traceability, calibration and inspection records
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal radiation safety procedures

Shifts available

We have a number of shift patterns available, including:

  • Rotating – Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm, rotating to 2pm to 10pm
  • Nights – Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
Salary

Basic salary of £29,117 + 12% shift allowance for rotating OR + 17% shift allowance for nights
