About the Role:
  • Full-time KS1 class teacher position.
  • Support pupils through targeted small-group work and early intervention strategies.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Work closely with the KS1 team to ensure consistency, progression and joy across the phase.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff to create a welcoming classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early learning development.
  • Confident with behaviour management and nurturing a positive, calm classroom culture.
  • Someone enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to giving every child the best start to their school journey.
