Qualifications

  • Experience as a Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen.
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team in daily service and prep.
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
  • Take responsibility for kitchen operations when needed.

  • £36,000 per annum plus circa £6,000 service charge
  • Live-in accommodation available for around £600 per month
  • Set days off – Monday and Tuesday
  • Open from Wednesday dinner to Sunday lunch

  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Taking responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
  • Mentoring junior staff and helping them develop their skills
