In this role, you will be working closely with estimators, the in-house draughting team, and site managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee resources, liaise with subcontractors, manage health and safety with third-party consultants, and ensure that all phases of construction are scheduled and completed within agreed timescales. You will carry out site visits, evaluate progress, prepare reports, and support project close-out processes including O&M manuals and post-contract reviews.
